Caldbergh

“Caldbergh, in the parish of Coverham (also called Caldbridge), a small village on the eastern acclivities of Coverdale, 4 miles southwest of Middleham, has in its township 107 souls and about 1,500 acres.” William White’s History, Gazetteer and Directory of the East and North Ridings of Yorkshire, 1840.
